Strategic Planning
US FOOD and DRUG ADMINISTRATION
Developed a 5-year strategic plan for FDA's Office of Financial Management and its 7 associated divisions. In addition, workforce planning and training was developed for staff members, along with succession plans for the Executive Leadership Team.
Change Management
DISTRICT of COLUMBIA HOUSING AUTHORITY
Assisted DCHA with the politically volatile task of closing the public housing waiting list. In doing so, we also identified $4M of cost savings and 50% in productivity gains.
Organizational Alignment
CAMBRIDGE MASSACHUSETTS PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Engaged to assess staff roles vis-a-vis organizational priorities following substantial staff attrition. We realigned staff to ensure achievement of future CPHD priorities. We also developed comprehensive communications and change management plans.
